While that may be a generic classification used in dealership software, I believe it's important that buyers understand the specific configuration of the vehicle they're purchasing. 2. Purchase Agreement Documentation After contacting Toyota directly and having a representative verbally confirm through the VIN that this vehicle is a 2021 Toyota Tundra Limited Double Cab, not a CrewMax, I specifically requested that LaRiche Chevrolet Cadillac identify the vehicle as a Double Cab on the purchase agreement. I explained that I wanted the correct factory configuration documented accurately before proceeding with a potential purchase. Despite making that request before receiving the purchase agreement, the paperwork LaRiche subsequently provided listed the body type simply as "Pickup," without specifying Double Cab. This concerned me because the dealership's initial pricing worksheet had previously described the vehicle as a "Crew Cab Pickup," while its own website identified the truck as a Double Cab. To be clear, I am not claiming that LaRiche explicitly refused to include the designation or intentionally misrepresented the vehicle. However, the specific documentation I requested was not provided. When purchasing a vehicle for approximately $47,000, I believe it's reasonable to expect that a buyer's request for accurate, specific vehicle documentation will be addressed. My hope is that LaRiche's management will review this concern and provide a purchase agreement clearly identifying the truck as a Double Cab. 3. Asking Price and Kelley Blue Book Valuation LaRiche quoted a selling price of $47,015, with a total of $47,454 shown on the purchase paperwork before applicable Minnesota taxes and registration. According to the Kelley Blue Book pricing information I reviewed, the estimated fair purchase price for a 2021 Toyota Tundra Limited Double Cab was approximately $41,300. That places LaRiche's advertised selling price approximately $5,715 above the Kelley Blue Book reference valuation, or about 13.8% higher. I understand that Kelley Blue Book estimates can vary based on mileage, condition, equipment, location, and market conditions. The $41,300 figure is a general reference rather than a VIN-specific appraisal. However, considering that Toyota confirmed this truck is a Double Cab rather than a CrewMax, I believe it's reasonable to question whether the dealership's asking price reflects the correct vehicle configuration. My concern is whether the vehicle was valued using comparable Double Cab trucks or CrewMax trucks, which can have different market values. I have not established which comparable vehicles LaRiche used to determine its asking price, and I'm not accusing the dealership of intentionally misrepresenting the vehicle. I would simply appreciate clarification regarding how the vehicle was valued. 4. What I'm Hoping to Accomplish My intention is not to embarrass LaRiche Chevrolet Cadillac or criticize its employees. My goals are to: Raise awareness about the importance of verifying vehicle configurations and market values. Encourage accurate and specific vehicle descriptions on purchase agreements. Give LaRiche's management an opportunity to review the asking price against comparable 2021 Toyota Tundra Limited Double Cab 4WD vehicles. Encourage a price adjustment if that review indicates the current asking price is above a reasonable market valuation. I would also appreciate having the Double Cab designation specifically included on any revised purchase agreement. I'm still interested in purchasing this truck, subject to a satisfactory independent pre-purchase inspection and reaching a mutually agreeable price. 5. My Message to Other Vehicle Buyers Before purchasing a vehicle, I encourage everyone to research: The VIN and factory vehicle configuration. Kelley Blue Book valuations. Comparable vehicles with similar mileage, trim, and equipment. CARFAX or AutoCheck history reports. The accuracy of vehicle descriptions on purchase agreements. The full out-the-door purchase price, including taxes and fees. A Double Cab and a CrewMax are not the same configuration, and those differences can matter when determining a vehicle's market value. I respect that dealerships have the right to establish their asking prices, just as buyers have the right to research, ask questions, and negotiate. Ultimately, my goal is buyer awareness, transparent documentation, and fair market-based pricing. I appreciate LaRiche's time and would welcome a constructive response from management. I'm hopeful that we can still reach an agreement that works for both sides.

What really stood out to me was their willingness to refund my deposit when the deal didn't work out. They were understanding of my situation and handled everything professionally. I genuinely appreciate Jason and the LaRiche team for their time, communication, and willingness to work with me. I would definitely recommend LaRiche Chevrolet Cadillac to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future!

I purchased my car from Carvana and 2 days in, a dead battery. I had to have the onstar telematic replaced. But that’s what lead me here to Lariche, the check engine light was back on in 2 days. 2 more things needed replaced and then 2 days later the check engine light was back on. Once again I was in the dealership but this time they knew me by face or car idk if that’s a bad thing or good thing but either way they made me another appointment, gave me a Car and they worked until they figured it out. They never complained or made me feel as if I was a headache. They kept it professional and kept me undated. 10/10 I would highly recommend. I purchased this car on June 13th and last week (8/13)is the longest I have had it in my possession so Thank you.

This was not only my 1st car deal with her but my 2nd. Had a series of unfortunate events happen with my 2015 Chevy Cruze diesel and Chris was able to handle everything flawlessly without me around. I dropped my Cruze off Sunday morning as there was an issue with it staying on. Monday morning rolls around, Chris calls me @ 6:30AM left a message to call him back. Insane time to leave a message. Called and left a message @ 8:20AM and he called me back right as I got into the office. 3 calls in less than 2 hours, incredible. As soon as I got on the phone he jokingly said "tag, you're it". YES. That's some good, light humor and I appreciate it. Gave me a roadmap of what they will do, said it would take a week. The TWO DAYS LATER he calls me and gives me the worst news "your car is fine, runs like a champ. Tested for 2 days to make sure." They had time and he made it happen. I'm over 200 miles away and Chris still made time for ME even though my car was fine. Calls me two more times AND LEFT A MESSAGE to ensure our plan for pick up is still in place because the dealership will be closed and he wont be there. Stand up guy Chris is. I appreciate him and the shop for working with me being so far away. 3 thumbs up from a guy that gets grumpy when my mechanic doesn't get to work on my car.

Body shop is trash. Had truck for 8 days when told it would take 3 days for a bumper! They fixed the bumper but messed up the mounts worse than the tiny scratch that was in the bumper. Whoever removed it broke 90% of the clips that hold it on.

Dealership sucks

Bought a car from here which was amazing. But took it in for an oil change. When it was done. It’s has a service stabilizer track error. And I now have no ABS or traction control. They told me it was nothing they did. But it wasn’t like that before. And that I would have to pay to have it fixed. Shouldn’t have to pay to hav it fixed when it was fine before.

I have had recently horrible experience with this dealership. I had squeaking brakes needing attention so I took my truck where we bought it, and have bought multiple vehicles from. After “fixing” the issue and $2k later for just the rear brakes, the brakes were squeaking again the next morning after picking it up. I then scheduled an appointment to have this issue fixed where I was told “We really aren’t sure what the issue is, it could be your front brakes.” Not to mention when this vehicle was in for an oil change, I was notified my transmission needed immediate attention for “visible leakage”. After learning a very hard lesson, I finally took my vehicle to Fornes Complete Auto & Truck Service. There I was notified LaRiche failed to install a boot when they did the brakes and Fornes could also find no visible leak near the transmission. Fornes replaced my front brakes and the squeaking continued. Turns out the squeaking was coming from the rear all along which had been “fixed” by LaRiche previously. Fornes redid their work and I could not be happier with the service they provided. I do not recommend LaRiche for any of your vehicle service needs and they have now lost a customer of over a decade.

They agreed to do this job and charged me $150 for it. The diagnosis consisted of telling me that they can't get parts for a car that old so it would need the transmission and power steering totally replaced for $11,000 !!! Here's the logic: Car too old + can't get parts = don't bother to really diagnose = Just quote total replacement This does NOT equal Actually diagnosing, THEREFORE they shouldn't have agreed to diagnose in the first place. Thank you Lariche for the $150 lesson that you have no integrity.

EDIT: After a car inspection at another mechanic, the mechanic found my OBD II port was broken and my door hinge loose and unscrewed from the metal. I haven't been able to drive my car so I never checked for those sorts of damages post "repair". This is vehicle tampering. I went to get my 2017 Chevy Spark LS serviced on June 18th, just got it back on July 2nd. Went in for a P0300 code after having spark plugs and a coil pack replaced. They figured out it was cylinder 3, and instead of doing a leak down test first, they replaced parts that I already said I had replaced, the one helpful thing they did was remove a screw that broke flush when the coil pack was replaced. Told me they had to remove my camshaft for $1700 just to find the problem. I assumed they had payment plan options, my mistake. Paper I was given said it's most likely a valve being stuck open issue. Mechanic told me over the phone that the car is "running better". Car would barely move from a stop and wanted to stall, didn't even drive it a mile home and I heard engine knocking, immediately shut it off as soon as I got home. My car was running better before I even brought it there, at least when it idles it wouldn't threaten to shut off on me mid drive. I discussed prices over the phone with the GM and mechanic and eventually lowered it to $713 (granted it took some fighting). The only genuinely understanding person was the service manager, who spoke to me with respect and managed to lower my bill to $630-ish, which included an oil change. At this point, I'm just going to file my car as a total loss. The amount of parts, labor, and other expenses is more than my car is worth, and my car is even less safe to drive. I will not be back. Although I do appreciate the drop in price, I personally believe it is a poor business practice to charge people ridiculous prices without even confirming the problem or giving me a quote to fix it. I've already sunk $1000 worth of repairs into this vehicle since February.

Terrible customer service from Susan Dickie. I made an appointment because my check engine light came on. She refused to have my car get looked at because it was a “lube appointment time”. As a customer, I have no idea what that is, when I’m scheduling on the app, how am I supposed to know the different appointment times? Luckily, I had the engine light read right when I noticed it and knew what the code meant. She asked me if I’ve put any fuel additives in it to try and fix it. As someone who’s grown up around cars, even I know that has nothing to do with my system running too lean code. As someone who’s bought a car from here and continue to bring it in for regular services, and having an appointment set up to have my check engine light looked at, I feel utterly disrespected and not cared about at all. Susan has no idea what she’s doing and has zero customer service skills. Next time, don’t be rude with a paying customer who’s giving zero attitude at all. I was refused to have my car looked at unless I kept it there when, as far as I knew, they just needed to check my check engine light. And when I mentioned asking my brother (as he’s worked at a dealership before), I was given nothing but attitude from Susan. I set up another appointment but most likely will be canceling and going to another Chevy dealership.

Our 22 traverse has been to lariche 4 times with an electric issue...each time we had to walk home except the third time in which lariche picked us up. this time they replaced a fuse under the hood a 350 amp fuse.....we got it back after a week in the shop. Susan at Lariche became snotty with my wife to much my shagrin... We were given a car as a loaner thankfully. Our 22 traverse has been to lariche 4 times with an electric issue...each time we had to walk home except the third time in which lariche picked us up. this time they replaced a fuse under the hood a 350 amp fuse.....we got it back after a week in the shop. Susan at Lariche became snotty with my wife to much my shagrin... We were given a car as a loaner thankfully. We were contacted when the car was done, took the loaner back, car died again about an hour later, but of course shop is closed now. they say they arent covering anymore repairs, even though the repairs should still be under warranty. My attorney will be contacting them. DO NOT EVER USE LARICHE TO REPAIR EVEN A PEDAL CAR!!

Didn’t fix anything and charged over $300 to just diagnose that a wire harness is bad on the lift gate and tell us that there’s corrosion on the side view mirror not allowing it to fold in on a 3 year old Suburban that’s not covered on a bumper to bumper warranty that I purchased. They wanted to charge between $2,000 to $3,000 to fix it. I really want to use you as my Chevy dealer but my past couple experiences haven’t been good.

Took the company vehicle to Lariche Detail Shop. They were very profession, friendly and did a wonderful job. I was unable to pick the vehicle up until the next day therefore I had to go to the main dealership to pay the bill. I was told to go in the service entrance and there is a glass window where I could pay it. I drove down to the dealership, walked in the service entrance and stopped at the glass window. There was a young girl there on Facebook. She looked at me twice and twice she went back to Facebook. Finally I asked her if she was going to stay on Facebook or take my money. She flung open the window and with an attitude said "the cashier is around the corner" and flung the window shut. I have never been to the dealership before so I told her I didn't know that and proceeded to go around the corner to the cashier to pay the bill. A little bit of customer service could have went a long way and kept both of us from starting our day in a bad mood.

Slow and people are rude unwilling to work with you

Had many quality problems with the body shop. Had to file a report with BBB and contact my insurance and lawyer.

Avoid the body shop! Car was in for 5 weeks was told it was done. Had many contaminated in paint and runs. Did replace a few parts either. Waited for a few more weeks to pickup. Paint was a little better. Found 2 large scratches on my dash and fingerprints on the headliner. Sad only 15k miles and didn't have that damage when I brought in. Spoiler still has damage also.

The salesmen told me his manager said thats how they do business. Out of all my cars I purchased in 20yrs I always test drive a car before I buy it or put a credit app in. They have high interest rates and strong arm sales skills.(very awful 😖). AC went out on 2022 Silverado with only 5000 miles and have to wait 2 weeks to get it in to be fixed. Finally got it in and they have had it for 2 days and still not fixed. Closed on weekends no offer of a loner or nothing. Hope I don't ever have to use this shop again.

They said it would take a lil under an hour to fix the recall in our steering wheel. Well it was about an hour and 45 minutes and set an appt. For after the car would have been fixed. For I added 15 minutes to under the our fix we were told and set my next appt for an hour and a half later... Well late by 25 minutes.. however the steering wheel works great thank you

We have purchased 12 vehicles this year from various dealers and this was by far the most disappointing. Over the phone they forgot to mention a Non-Negotiable $700 ceramic coat and a 4k up-charge by accident... There are friendly sales guys but be prepared to have additional cost when you start to sign papers. We would of not purchased this vehicle if we were not in a tight timeline for another vehicle. I would recommend ordering from Dave White Chevy in Toledo if you are in the local market as we had much better luck with our other 3 vehicles from them.

We put a 500 dollar deposit on a traverse and told it was on the way. 6 weeks later and they had no time frame of when they would get it. Per another dealer, the status that shows online just means its in the system and not necessarily on the way. They then refused to give our deposit back when we found a car on the lot at another dealer.

UPDATE: They sold the car i had a deposit on.. The car no longer exists on the website that matches the vin of the car my deposit is on. Mason has ghosted me on the status of my car after i asked him what happened to it. Be cautious giving these people your money! Im now out 500 bucks and a car. Update #2: it's now 2024 and I still have not recieved any info on my car and still out 500 bucks. Update #3: It's now almost 2026 and still no car or any word from the dealership on the status of my car I put a $500 deposit on. Riiight i get it now why there is a non refundable deposit. Also i gave you a chance to give my money back so you can sell to the next person. I tried to be fair. If the car was on the lot and i backed out i get it but but it doesnt even exist. I get my money back since the car has not even came and you can sell the car to the next person. Tell me where you are losing anything?? Instead greed kicks in, you take my money and the next persons money. Dont act like you dont take everyones info down to call them right away when something comes available. I have a definition directly from a gm rep on chat on what "in transit" means ill attach the one for ya. Quality of work done was Fine. However the person who fixed my vehicle didn’t treat my vehicle well. They stripped out my tailgate screw, also scrapped a nice amount of paint off also. Insurance agency reached out to them to fix it . I received a email but once I responded I was left cold for the second time. I’ll fox the issue myself but will definitely never have work done again here unfortunately. Also to add to the mix my cover was missing a cap and was jammed closed because they didn’t realign the rails .

That wasn't good enough, don't know why they had me do it, it showed the issue but not the reason why. They should have got out diagnostic tools to check for wire break, continuity, ohms, resistance, something to figure out why the LAC sensor comes on and off at a whim. This is the day that no tech can do anything if the computer doesn't show anything. Sad days.

Took our Equinox in for service, turned out it needed a costly repair. When we picked it up, immediately noticed there was a crack in the muffler, so we took it right back to La Riche. Were told it would cost $1300 to fix and that we shouldn’t have them do it because it would be cheaper elsewhere. They not once mentioned the muffler needing repair, but somehow it showed up on the summary of necessary repairs. Hard to believe they overlooked something that requires $1300 of repair when they called to let us know what all needed fixed. We are 100% confident the muffler was fine pre-service. Appalled by La Riche’s lack of honesty and the rudeness I encountered when speaking with the service department about the matter.

Took my Yukon here for warranty work after a personal recommendation. I should have just taken it to a trusted mechanic and paid out of pocket. Issue wasn’t resolved and not only that, now I suddenly have all these other problems that didn’t exist prior to taking it in. Such a scam. Next time I’ll take it to someone I trust that actually cares about the safety of those driving the vehicle. Would not recommend.

Abby was very pleasant and helpful. Got accessories ordered and have an appointment to get a noise checked out next week., accessories will be installed same day as service appt. I have had issues with the service department and probably will NEVER return to this dealership unless they get rid of the service manager. I had work done on my truck from an outside service because the dealership wanted to much money for less being done and all I wanted them to do was add the service work done to the vehicle record that they REFUSED to do. We had an argument over it , I went back in to get a price for a part months later as I had let the issue go. The manager was in the shop and the counter person was being helpful until the manager came in and got mouthy that I had been told to never return. They have LOST ALL respect from me until I can personally speak with the OWNER of the dealership in person about this issue.

I don't always agree with the service departments policies, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. Edit: Was ready to buy a new car yesterday, but wasn't even acknowledged. Guess I'll go elsewhere.

Overpriced cars! Rude staff!

Very disappointed. I rescheduled my service so they could do more than just an oil change. They told me everything would be taken care of. My appointment was at 130pm. I got a call at 540pm saying just my oil change was done and i had to schedule yet another appointment to take care of three other things i asked to be taken care of when rescheduling my original appointment. .. very poor customer service.

I would recommend LaRiche Chevrolet Cadillac to anyone. They were very patient and incredibly knowledgeable on both the sales and service ends. Dave was able to help me find my dream car in a quick and easy process. Definitely stop and see him if you get a chance!
